Yes, we’re fully licensed and insured, with $20M public, product, and asbestos liability cover. All works are carried out in strict compliance with WHS legislation. 


Yes, we manage waste removal, disposal, and provide compliance documentation such as asbestos clearance certificates or waste tracking. 


Absolutely, we are fully licensed and insured for Class B asbestos removal, and can safely handle bonded materials during strip-out and make-good works. 


Most standard tenancy de-fits are completed within 3-10 business days, depending on the size, complexity, and access to the site. 


Yes, once the scope is confirmed, we offer fixed pricing with no hidden fees. Any changes are communicated and agreed in writing prior to proceeding. 


Yes, we offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours or weekend works  to reduce disruption to neighbouring tenants and business operations.
